This code will give you the mystery gift you want! Just replace the * with the desired symbol for the mystery gift. Here are the symbols and which mystery gift they represent:

A - Azure Flute

7 - Manaphy Egg

8 - Member's Card

9 - Oak's Letter

C - Secret Key

Then, when you have finished your code, press L+B+A, and walk into a Pokémart. Talk to the Delivery man and take your present(note: for the Manaphy Egg, you must not have a full party)!
