Why you can't Migrate Pokemon with HM moves!

Ok, so, I noticed on a few other sites that people were asking about Why you can't Migrate Pokemon that konw HM moves.

Some people say, "Because if you're on an Island and you don't have a Fishing Rod, Migrate your Only Pokemon that know Surf and Fly, you're stuck."

Well, news flash. That's innacurate.

For 1. The ONLY way to Migrate Pokemon is if they're in your PC Box's. So, you're going to have a Pc NEAR BY With your other Pokemon!!! 2. You're bound to have gotten any Fishing Rod. Even the Old rod gets you a Ticket to Garydos as it evolves from a well trained Magikarp (If You Know How To Do It Right) and 3. Every Island has a Bird Pokemon hidden SOMEWHERE in the grassy areas. They can learn Fly.

So, here's the REAL reason why. The two HM Moves, Flash and Dive, aren't in Platinum. (Idk much about Diamon nor Pearl even though they're pretty much Platinum together) Flash, however, is a TM now. Pretty wierd, but, only because it's not a necessity in the game. And Dive, is not even needed. So a waste they are.
