Here is a code for a cool, full legal Latias. I've tried to make as normal as possible. It has "levitate", and 530 hp (sorry), and is level 40. Knows it's regular attacks, from when you catch it in hoenn (Mist ball has 10/5 pp - sorry again). No nickname - Just Latias. Not shiny. No pokérus. Holds Sacred Ash (Revives all fainted Pokemon 100%, outside of battle)
