Wild Pokemon Mode Modifier
Press L+R and you'll get 480 Masterballs. Set Masterballs' quantity to the Pokemon number you want. Then, Hold L and while you are walking to encounter the Pokemon (Example: If you want Ditto, discard 361 Masterballs. (493-361=132), then follow the instructions and you should see a wild Ditto with the level of what you would normally find any other Pokemon in the area you are at).

Numbers are Discarding Master Ball From Your Item Slot if Master ball Shows 480 on item Slot 1 (note if there is no master ball in your Item Slot that means you did not do the inventory Screen Correctly) if you do it Correctly you should be able to Turn your Shiny Code On from your trainer Card with R+A with The Shiny code you have Sometimes Shiny Works With them and sometimes not
Please Also Note: some one Place 493 Master ball For this Code But theres Only 480 Master Ball For that code. Just Use the Same Shiny Code YOu have already in your Action Replay
After you Discard Make Sure YOU Hold Down L While your walking in the Grass to get These Working and Yes You can have the Shiny Mode With Them Sometime but let you know it does Turn Shinys Off once in awhile
Just Use the Shiny Codes whatever you have thats listed on your Pokemon Pearl game and if you want lower fly to like Sangdem Town to get Lower Pokemon Level and if you want Higher level Like Around 50 Fly to Route 230
