First,you need:

action replay walk/run trough walls.

Go into a pok'e center then walk through

the lady who heals your pokemons health

then through the walls then go back to the center

everey will be gone then go on your pokedex(or your bag or settings or pokemon.)then exit your menu

every one will be there!
