This is the real surfing pikachu but no blue eyes
The O/T is victor like in the episode(The Pi-Kahuna)
Also the id # is the original air date for the ep Oct.2.1999(10299)
Lv.20 because it was suposed to be 20yrs old
Att(Surf, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, and Thunder)
1st PKMN in party(L+R) plz use it took 2hrs to make (mostly research)
I am Most proud of this pokemon
