If you have a fire type Pokemon and you are having trouble in water type dungeons I would recomend a few max elixers, reviver seeds, and oran berries. Make sure your fire type knows flamethrower so he can attack while they are farther away. That gives them less attack options. If they attack while you are close I recomend a strong close up attack that is either normal, electric, or grass type. Just find the stairs and avoid any fighting.
