The Ultimate dungeon is the Joyous tower I never took it on because it's insane

To unlock: Get latios and latias on your team and have the sky blue plains frie-nd area. Then you'll have joyous tower! You lose all Cash/$$$ when you enter and items. You start at Pokemon level 1! Good luck!
