1st 4 articuno goto seafoam islandsand go down into the cave articuno is somewhere in the cave.

2nd 4 zapdos just goto the powerplant in kanto region SIMPLES

3rd 4 moltres goto mount silver instead of goin forward go left and then goto in a room and moltres should be there and you can get a steelix there aswell

4th and now mewtwo (you have 2 have all gym badges) in cerculean city there is a cave (make sure a Pokemon knows surf and flash)explore and continue through the cave and then you will see mewtwo All legendary Pokemon here are lvl50 thanks for reading
