If you want to get maxed stats for any Pokemon, you must first use this code that lets you bypass the 512 base stat sum limit.

THE CODES MAKE THE ITEM MAX OUT YOUR STATS.
The codes will let you break the base stat limit. Use the item codes in combination with the bypass code. You only need to use the item once and it will dramatically raise the stat up. It will not bring the stat to 999.
*NOTE: THIS CODE WILL TURN ALL THE POKEMON YOU STAT BOOSTED INTO BAD EGGS IN POKEMON BATTLE REVOLUTION AND WILL BE USELESS. THEY WON'T IN DIAMOND, BUT IN PBR. SO, IF YOU EVER WANT TO USE YOUR POKEMON AGAIN IN PBR, DO NOT SAVE AFTER YOU HAVE COPIED THE POKEMON DIAMOND DATA.
