Kirby_Programmer here with another action replay code, generated with Pokesav! This code gives you a Lv.1 Starly, normal stats, max evs, iv, ect. To use this Starly to the best of it's ability, please use the following stratigy:
First, since the opponent is more likely to go first, use endeavor. The opponent should know out starly, BUT WAIT! Starly is holding a Focus Band. Starly will endure the hit, use endeavor, then put the opponent at 1 HP. Then use quick attack.
