Go to the 3rd floor of the Jubilife TV station and talk to one of the guys. He will interview you. Tell him "Everyone Happy" and then "Wi-Fi Connection." He will tell you that he can get you a "mystery gift" and to watch Jubilife TV. If anyone knows more after that please look at my question in the questions section.
