The Stratagy
Send out tyranitar first use substitute on the first turn. Use attack that is super effective on opponent if none use any attack desired. If tyranitar is defeated, which I seriously doubt will happen, send out shuckle. On first with shuckle out use power trick (power trick switches attack stat with defense stat if you didn't know). Then use withdraw 6 times to raise "new" defense because it will be lower with power trick in effect. After that use rockslide repeatedly. If use get down to nidoking being your last Pokemon I would recomend that you forfeit.
