First go to iron island and have one spot in for another pokemon(take the boat from canlave city)then go to the cave on the left and walk a couple steps and a woman will come up to you and she will ask you to be her partner then select yes and then you will become partners then you guys will have a big journey through the cave then at the end she will give you a riolu egg and if you raise it to I think lvl.36 or 34 it will evovle into lucario
