Buy and exupip racing nitro package set for duration and keep your speed over 100 mph your bar will fill faster then you can use it that's the best way w/o codes (in wich I have not found)

Are you talking about PS3/360/PC? Then level up your wingman level. If the Wii/PS2, I think you have to do more races and objective, IDK I don't have the game for PS2 anymore.

The way I got the bugatti was by playing alot of races after the bugatti was an option in the buy store but it will take you a while good luck hope it helped
