Freezing With Noxus

If you want to freeze your opponent and they just seem to be too far away, aim downward with Noxus' ice beam, charge and fire! As long as you are facing down in the direction of your opponent, they will freeze. (Then would be the time to shoot them with the sniper rifle.)
