Unlock Game Background, playability in Challenge and Versus Modes:
Complete a story books objective for the first time.
Unlock Good Results Image:
Complete an objective from the same story book 2 times.
Unlock Bad Results Image:
Complete an objective from the same story book 3 times.
Unlock Good Progress:
Complete an objective from the same story book 4 times.
Unlock Bad Progress:
Complete an objective from the same story book 5 times.
Unlock BMG:
Complete an objective from the same story book 6 times.
