Flower Rank / Level 12:
Equip 3 items of clothing.
Shine Rank / Level 18:
Access to Shine Rank Store in Toad Town.
Star Rank / Level 25:
Access to Star Rank Mall in Toad Town.
Rainbow Rank / Level 40:
Badge (Must have ALL special attacks).
