FIFA 12 Nintendo DS Cheats and Tips

Just find a player that you want to buy and click buy, then you will be entered into the market/bidding and if you need to then higher the price or do nothing as long as no club bids. If the price gets too high then don't bid again and anyway you'll be able to cancel the transfer if you want to afterwards.
Once you have your player the money fee will be deducted from your club total and becasue you've bought (or sold) a player, one 'TRANSFER POINT' will also be taken away. This will happen every time you buy or sell a player.

You have to click on intercity cup and then it says reset.

The reason that they disappear is there is a time limit to signing them - you need to stay on top of that. Optimally you should approach the player BEFORE the contract expires to renew it.

If you are playing Fifa on the Wii, then do this:

To restart your Fifa 12 City, press the home button and go to the Wii Menu. Then on the bottom left there is a circle that says Wii. Click that, and go to Data Management, then Save Data. Click on Wii. Then find your Fifa 12 in the list of apps and click on the icon. Then you see Erase. Click on that. Then go back to the Wii Menu after all the data from Fifa 12 was erased. Then go into your Fifa game and the whole game will start from the beginning, so then you can restart the whole game from "Factory Mode" where no data is loaded. The data that was erased can not be recovered from the SD card, so after you delete the data, it is all gone forever. I did this on my own and it worked. Hope this works for you, too.

Sorry mate there is no mechanism to do that in FIFA 12 - but there is in FIFA 13 so it is probably time to upgrade.
