Acid stages
In the cheat section there is a cheat to get ONE acid stage and buy it. This is how you get the REST. After the robo cup go to one of the houses where the mission is a timed battle there are two people a mom and her son every time you face the child he uses an acid stage which you can later purchase in the underground place. And there you have it.
