*--------------------------# I. INTRODUCTION #-------------------------*
*----------------------------------------------------------------------*

Anyone who is anyone knows about the Zelda series. During the N64 era The
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was released, really setting off the
Zelda craze. Shortly after the release of Ocarina of Time, The Legend of
Zelda: Majora's Mask emerged. As one may remember collecting the one
hundred GOLD SKULLTULA TOKENS was incredibly tedious and frustrating. The
makers of the Zelda series obviously realized this so instead of having
to collect 100 gold tokens all throughout the land they decided to place
two houses in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask that contain 30 gold
skulltulas a piece. I personally found this much easier but not so easy
that it takes away from the game. Both of these gold skulltula houses
can be very tricky if you don't know what you are doing so follow these
guides to learn where each house is located, how to get there, what you
will need, what you receive as a prize, what to do once you get there and
anything else you could possibly imagine that has something to do with
these two mysterious houses.

*----------------------------------------------------------------------*

The following is the guide to locating all the skulltula tokens in
the Southern Swamp Spider House

Read III.i.SOUTHERN SWAMP SPIDER HOUSE to find where this house is

Requirements - Hookshot, Deku Link, Goron Link, At least one bottle (the
more the easier), 2 magic bean plants (you can get these by talking to
the deku scrub on the tourist hut as Deku Link and paying 10 rupees
per magic bean)

Rewards - the Mask of Truth which allows you to read the thoughts of
animals and gossip stones (very useful for the heart piece at the
doggy racetrack)

- Use a fire arrow or a deku stick to burn the spider web on the house
entrance

(Note that once you enter the skulltula house a counter
appears, in the bottem left hand side of your screen
above your rupees, displaying how many skulltulas you
       have collected)

- Take stock of your surroundings in this first room. There is a very
annoying barking dog, 2 rocks and a creepy spider/guy thing. Talk to this
spider/guy if you want but bot that under both rocks there are bugs. Fill
1 bottle with bugs if you only have 1, fill 2 if you have 2 to 3 bottles
and fill 3 if you have more. You can always come back to this room to
get more bugs

- now enter the first room which I will from now on call the Main Room
There are 8 gold skulltulas in this room total but we will get 5 for now

- upon arriving in the room you will be standing on top of a ramp, seeing
a gold statue with water around it and hear many skulltulas moving around.
This water is important and you will need it later. If you have 1 or 2
bottles that are not occupied by bugs then you can fill them up in a
minute

#1 - From the top of the ramp, as if you had just come out of the door,
drop down to your left. You will see two bottles there break them both to
find your first skulltula. Kill it how you see fit and collect its token

#2 - Walk north from #1, as if you had just come out of the door, in the
water to the left of the gold statue is the second gold skulltula. Smash
it and collect its token

#3 - Walk to your left, west from the door, until you see a soft soil
patch located on the wall level with your head. Take out your first
bottle containing bugs and unleash it near this soft soil patch so
that the bugs will crawl in. Surprise! A gold skulltula will pop out
allowing you to obtain your third gold skulltula and its token

- If you only had one bottle with bugs in go to the entrance room, get
some more then return to the spot where you got token three and act as if
you had never left

#4 - From location #3 walk to the oppostite side of the room, east of the
door, to find another soft soil patch on the wall. Do as you did to get
skulltula token #3 and uncork a bottle of bugs to make a skulltula jump
out so you can retrieve its token

#5 - Go to the gold statue as if you had just come down the ramp and look
to you right. You are now looking at a support pillar. On the left side of
this pillar, from where your facing, is a gold skulltula. Take out your
trusty hookshot and shoot it then shoot its token to make it come to you.
If its low enough just slice it because it walks up and down the pillar

- Make sure you now have at least one bottle with water in it

- That's it for this room for now so enter the door on the east side, that
is east from the first door. You will see and hear an annoying, sleeping
deku scrub in a deku launcher. You can take out you ocarina and play
the Sonata of Awakening now because you will have to wake him up
eventually. There are 7 skulltulas in this room and you will get all of
them

#6 - Look on the east side of the room, to your right as you come out of
the door, to see a cluster of pots. Break them to locate another skulltula
and collect its token

- Now you must take out your Goron mask and transform into Goron Link

#7 - Using Goron Link punch the large vase's to make a gold skulltula
jump out. Sometimes when you punch it, it doesn't register so make sure
you are hitting it right on or else nothing will happen. Kill the
skulltula that comes out and obtain its token

#8 - Just like skulltula #7, skulltula #8 is also in one of the large
vase's. Punch some vase's then kill and collect the skulltula token

#9 - If you had already waken the deku scrub you should have seen him run
around the room then run apparantly through a wall. If you have not waken
him do it now. That wall he ran through obviously isn't a wall. Make sure
you are in normal Link mode and using your sword slash at the vines where
the deku scrub disappeared. There is a passage way there. Walk down this
passage to find your ninth skulltula at the end. Kill it and collect its
token

- Return from the passage and transform into Deku Link

#10 - Get into the flower launcher pad. The wall that had the passage you
jsut walk through is actually a ledge. Launch onto it. Directly in front
of you is a skulltula on the wall. Slice it if it is low enough and if
it isn't then use your hookshot

- Take out your heroes bow and make sure you have arrows. If not break
some pots and rocks to get some

#11 - Turn around and look straight up to the ceiling using your heroes
bow. You should see 5 beese nests. One of these nests contains extremely
annoying bees that will attack you, two of the nests contain nothing and
thankfully the other two both contain gold skulltulas. Kill them and
collect there tokens

#12 - Refer to the steps on skulltula #11

- Jump back onto the same ledge you were already on if you jumped off to
get the skulltula tokens and go through the door located there (To your
left if you just jumped back on again)

- There are 4 gold skulltulas in this room

#13 - Walk straight ahead but don't fall off the ledge. Look in front of
you and slightly down to see the thirteenth gold skulltula. Use your
hookshot to kill and collect it.

- Turn to your left to see a white transparent diamond. Hit it to make a
ladder appear

#14 - Pull out your bow and look up to the ceiling to see four bees nests.
3 of these nests are empty and 1 contains a dead skulltula. Go make this
statement true by killing the live skulltula that comes out of it and
collect its token

- Climb up the ladder that you made appear by hitting the diamond and walk
to the right along the ledge until you are near the soft soil plant

#15 - Look to your right about 45 degrees. On the wall above an opening
is the fifteenth gold skulltula and its precious token which you can
collect with the hookshot

#16 - Look 45 more degrees to the right to see skulltula number sixteen
walking up and down a pillar. Using your hookshot kill it and collect its
golden token

- Now turn around and face the soft soil plant. Take out one of your two
magic beans and plant it. Take out your bottle that you earlier filled
with Spring Water and pour it onto the newly planted magic bean sprout.
The sprout will then turn into a fully grown magic bean plant which you
should now step on and ride to the opening that skulltula #15 was above.
Walk down the hallway that you just jumped into from the magic bean plant
and open the door

- The room you are in now is an odd one for a house. Right in front of you
is a large tree that branches into the ceiling. In front of that tree is a
gossip stone. On the outer edges there is some long grass. There are a
total of 6 skulltulas in this conspicuous nature based room

#17 - As you can see and I already stated the outer edge of the room is
lined by a strip of tall grass. Walk around in this grass to find your
seventeenth gold skulltula. In the process you might actually get hurt
which is amazing because gold skulltulas are so ridiculous

#18 - Just like skulltula #17 this skulltula is also wandering around in
the tall grass. Find it and collect its splendid gold token

- Pull out your Goron mask again and transform into the slow but mighty
Goron Link

#19 - Using Goron Link punch the large tree in the middle to make three,
yes three, skulltulas drop down. Kill and collect as usual

#20 - Refer to the steps of skulltula #19

#21 - Refer to the steps of skulltula #19 or skulltula #20 which just
tells you to read #19 anyway

- Take off your Goron mask to transform back into normal Link and take
out your heroes bow

#22 - Look straight up with the bow to see bees nests. You may not be able
to see all of them but there are four, one in each corner. One of these
nests unluckily contains those annoying bees, two of them contain nothing
and one contains the twenty second gold skulltula. Kill that crazy gold
bug and collect its token

- Now its time to exit this nature room. So turn around and go back
through the door you entered, go down the hallway, drop down and go
through the door straight in front of you. You are now back in the main
room. Take time to restock on the proper items in your bottles. You will
need at least one bottle of bugs and one bottle of Spring Water. If you
only have one bottle you can always come back but fill it with Spring
Water first

- Take a right from the door you last entered, that is the one that
brought you back to the main room. After taking a right take a left so
that you stay on the path. Follow this wall until you reach a door. Enter
this door

- In this room there is a big grey pillar tombstone type thin right in the
middle. There is also a boulder to your right after coming through the
door. There are a grand total of 5 skulltulas in this room

#23 - Walk around the grey pillar and look at the wall right across from
the door. There is a skulltula crawling around on it so take out your
hookshot to kill it and collect its token

#24 - As you hopefully noticed there are many wooden crates about the
room. Break them using any method you know works to find a skulltula.
Kill it and retrieve its token

#25 - The twentyfifth gold skulltula is just like the twentyfourth, in a
crate. Find it, mash it and collect its golden jewel

- Break the large brown boulder that is in the corner of the room as you
should have noted because I told you to note it. Break this boulder using
either a bomb, a bombchu, your bomb mask if you have it or Goron Link's
powerful flaming punch

- After breaking the boulder you will see there was a soft soil patch
hidden under it. Pull out your magic beans and plant one in this so called
soft soil. Take out the bottle that contains Spring Water and pour it on
your little bean sprout. It will grow into a magic bean plant. Pull out
your hookshot then climb on to the plant.

#26 - Ride the bean plant and look on top of the grey pillar the whole
time. You will see that there is a gold skulltula scuttling about up
there. Shoot it with your hookshot or bow if you need to and then collect
its token with the hookshot

- Get off the magic bean plant

- You know that the boulder was to the right of the door, if not you do
now. On the left side of the door, opposite of boulder side, there is a
ladder. Climb up it

#27 - Walk along the boardwalk until you reach a door. Do NOT go in this
door. Instead to the left of the door there is a flaming torch. Behind
this torch there is a gold skulltula. Kill it and grab its golden
token

- Go through the door I told you not to go through

- To your amazement you find yourself back in the main room. Now is the
time to collect the last 3 skulltula tokens. If you don't have a bottle
containing bugs then jump down and go back to the entrance room to get
some then return to this spot again

#28 - Walk to your left, from the door, until you hit a wall. You don't
actually have to hit the wall i'm just saying...
Turn right. There is a skulltula on the pillar so obviously kill it and
collect its gold skull token

#29 - Now take out your hookshot and look along the wall that I told you,
you could run into if you wanted to. This gold skulltula is doing the same
as all others so kill it because you don't like it. Use your hookshot to
collect its prize

- Now its time for the final gold skulltula. Go back to the door you last
entered and you will see a deku launcher. Take out your Deku mask and
transform into Deku Link

#30 - Get in the Deku launcher and launch to the opposite side of the
room. Once you land transform back into normal Link. Walk right until you
come to a soft soil patch on the wall. Pull out your final bottle of bugs
and unleash them near the patch. Voila! The final skulltula will come
soaring out. Kill it in its prime and take its token

- You have done it! Now that you have all 30 gold skulltula tokens return
to the entrance room with the dog and the creepy spider/guy. Luckily he
has returned to his normal state as a man but he is wearing a stupid
looking mask. If you talk to him he will thank you and give you his stupid
looking mask which turns out to be The Mask of Truth

- Enjoy! and then read further on, on how to complete the Oceanside Spider
House

*----------------------------------------------------------------------*
*---------------------# V. OCEANSIDE SPIDER HOUSE #--------------------*
*----------------------------------------------------------------------*

The following is the guide to locating all the skulltula tokens in the
Oceanside Spider House

Read III.ii.OCEANSIDE SPIDER HOUSE to find where this house is

Requirements - Hookshot, Goron Mask, Fire Arrows

Rewards - Gorons Wallet (Holds 500 rupees), Piece of Heart, Captains Hat
(If you want the Heart Piece

- Enter the house

(Note that once you enter the skulltula house a counter
appears, in the bottem left hand side of your screen
above your rupees, displaying how many skulltulas you
       have collected)

- You appear to be in a dark stone room with absolutely nothing. This
statement is wrong, there is actually a crack in the wall directly in
front of you. You have some options here but they all end with the crack
opening. You could use a bomb, bombchu, Bomb Mask or transform into Goron
Link and smash the wall open. There are a total of 3 skulltulas in this
first room

- Anyways once its open you will see a steeply sloping tunnel with two
skulltula's crawling around on the wall

#1 - Whip out your hookshot or bow to kill the skulltula then use your
hookshot to grapple it towards you. Congratulations you have just
collected your first Oceanside Spider House skulltula token

#2 - refer to skulltula number one and collect the token

- Slide down the ramp

- You are still technically in the same room but this one is more
interesting. There is one more skulltula in here and a fence. Yes a very
exciting fence.

- Take out your Bow equipped with Fire Arrows. If you don't have any
arrows then break the pots in your vacinity. Look up at the ceilig to see
to spider webs. Shoot the one on the left

#3 - There is a skulltula under this web use your Arrows or Hookshot to
kill it then use your Hookshot to collect it

- Using your Hookshot, which you should have handy at all times, find the
hookshot target above the door across from the tunnel you entered through
and hookshot it so you get pulled over the fence. Now enter the door in
front of you

- This room is basicly the Main Room because everything leads from it.
There are a total of 9 skulltulas in this room so be prepared

- Take out your Goron mask and transform into Goron Link

- Walk foward until you come to these 4 large vase/pot things. The far one
has spider webbing on it

#4 - The first vase , that is the closest one to the door you entered
through, contains the fourth skulltula. Use Goron Link's mighty fists and
punch that vase to make it come out. Note that you have to hit it
perfectly for it to register

- Transform back into normal Link and take out you Bow equipped with Fire
Arrows. Shoot the spider web that is concealing the fourth vase

- Transform again into Goron Link

#5 - Punch the vase that you just uncovered to release the fifth skilltula.
Collect its precious token

- Take a left from where you are and travel to where there are two more
vases. Ignore these. Take another left and look along the wall to your
right

#6 - The sixth skulltula is crawling in and out of a weird grey mask on
the wall. Use your Bow or Hookshot to kill it then use your Hookshot to
collect its golden token

#7 - From the same location look up a bit so you can see a wooden beam
supporting the roof. Number seven is walking along this beam. Kill it and
use your hookshot to collect its prize

- Walk halfway down the stairs

- Look at the black space straight in front of you in between the ceiling
and wall

#8 - This tricky bug is crawling aroung in that space. Use your Bow or
Hookshot to kill it then Hookshot its token back to you

- Now walk all the way down the stairs

- Take a left

- Take another left then stop when you reach a spot with two vases on your
left and one on your right. Take out your Goron Mask

#9 - Transform into Goron Link and punch the vase on your right to make a
threatened skulltula pop out. It has good reason to be threatened because
you now need to crush it and take its reward

- Now keep walking the way you were. You will see some crates with pots on
them and two spider webs connecting

- Take out your Bow equipped with Fire Arrows and shoot both webs into
nothingness

#10 - Once both webs are gone you will notice a diamond shaped hole in the
wall. Walk up to it and look inside. You will see a sneaky little spider
in there. Pull out your Hookshot and show it whos boss. Collect its token
consecutively

- Turn to your right after collecting #10 and climb the crates with pots
on them

#11 - What a surprise the top pot has a skulltula in it. Slash it in two
and retrieve its golden gift

- Turn completely around and you will see a door with a web on it. Walk up
to it then look to your left

#12 - There is another crazy spider wandering in and out of one of those
weird grey masks located on the wall. Kill it and collect its token

- Now walk back up the stairs and turn a couple corners until you are face
to face with the door you entered through. Look to your right. There is
another door there but it of course has webbing on it. Either pull out
your Bow equipped with Fire Arrows or light a Deku Stick, if you have one,
using the torch beside the door.

- Enter the door

- You are now in a room that resembles a library. It has many bookshelves
stocked with nameless books that nobody will ever read. There are a total
of 7 skulltulas in this room

- Take a left from where you are

- Take a right as soon as you can

- Take a left instantly after

- In front of you is a Stalchild sitting at a desk wobbling around like a
fool

- Turn left from him and you will find yourself in a dead end

#13 - Look on top of the bookcase in front of you to find your thirteenth
skulltula crawling around. Shoot it and collect its token using the
hookshot

- Turn around and you will see two pictures on the wall to your left.
Shoot the one that is past the Stalchild to reveal another diamond shaped
hole in the wall that you can't yet reach

- Take out your Captains Hat if you have it and talk to the Stalchild. He
will tell you a colour and a number. For example Blue is shot sixth.
Memorize this or right it down if you want to recieve the Heart Piece. If
you say yes to him he will disappear

- Now continue past the Stalchild and past the diamond shaped hole you
made in the wall and go to the wall perpendicular with it. You should be
standing beside a book shelf. Grab a hold of the shelf and push it. An
opening will appear

#14 - The fourteenth skulltula is hidden this now revealed passageway so
kill it and collect its token

#15 - This skulltula is also in that passageway. Do likewise

- Walk back out of the passage. You will see more balck space where the
ceiling and wall meet

#16 - Wait and watch for the skulltula that appears in there and kill and
collect its token using the Hookshot

- Now take a right

- Take and immediate left until you run into a little dresser/cabinet

- Turn left and look at the painting on the wall

#17 - Take out your Hookshot and shoot the painting down. A gold skulltula
will be revealed so kill it. Retreive its token and read further

- Turn completely around and look at the little dresser/cabinet again.
This is actually three peices aligned to look like one. Grab the middle
cabinet and pull it out. Walk behind it and look at the wall

#18 - You will see yet another one of those diamond shaped holes in the
wall. Pull out your hookshot and spike the little demon. Collect its
token the same way

- Turn around and look up and to the left to see another Stalchild sitting
on the bookshelf. You may also have noticed that beside that Stalchild, on
the bookshelf there is a column with books missing. This is actually a
ladder. Put on your Captians Hat (if you are getting the Heart Piece) and
walk up the makeshift ladder. Talk to the Stalchild to find out another
colour and number. Write it down or remember it.

- Turn to your right

- If your like to wear a Bunny Hood take it off for this part

- Jump to the bookshelf in front of you

- Jump to the next one that is __| shaped

- Walk along it until you line up with the diamond shaped hole that you
revealed earlier

#19 - Pull out your Hookshot and shoot the filthy spider within. Collect
its token aswell

- Exit this room through the door you entered from

- Take a left

- Walk and take another left

- Go down the stairs

- Take another left once your down

- You will see a door in front of you. Ignore that door. It is the last
room that you enter later

- Take a left and walk to the diamond hole in the wall

- Take another left

- Take out your Bow equipped with Fire Arrows or use a Deku Stick to burn
down the spider web in front of the door

- Go through the newly revealed door

- Be careful there are enemies. Yes enemies!

- Right in front of you is a normal Skulltula. Kill it how you see fit

- Right after that skulltula a little black puff attacks you. Kill it

- Now take out your Fire Arrows and look up. You will see webbing. Burn
the webbing down

#20 - Using your Hookshot kill and collect the gold skulltula that you
just unvealed under the web

- Look to your right. You will see some webbing on crates and a breakable
crate beside it

#21 - Break the breakable crate to uncover the twentyfirst skulltula.
Collect its token

- Turn completely around and you will see more crates and another
breakable one

- Break that crate aswell to reveal a hole in the wall. One that is big
enough to walk into

- Walk into that hole and break the pots if you want

#22 - If you turn around and look above the entrance to the hole you will
see another skulltula. Use your Hookshot to collect it

- Walk out of the hole

- To your immediate right is a light brown crate. Climb onto this. Walk
along a bit then turn to your left

- If you look up a bit you will see a Hookshot target. Hookshot this to
get propelled towards it and land on another floor

#23 - You will see four crates aligned in the middle. Break them. In one
you will find the twentythird gold skulltula and its token

- Jump down from that floor and turn your back to the door

- Walk straight ahead until you come to these large wooden coffin type
things

- To the direct right, right alongside the coffins is a crate with a pot
on it

- Jump up and break the pot

- Look to your left so you can see behind the coffins

#24 - This skulltula is hidden behind there so use your Hookshot to
collect its prize

- Now you must exit the room

- Take a right and walk down the hall until you come to the door I told
you we would do last

- Enter the room. There are a total of 6 skulltulas in this room therefore
you will be done after this room. There is also another reward in this
room and that is a Heart Piece. Yay!

- You will be gazing upon a large wooden table with four crazy
Stalchildren around it. You will also see four coloured masks on the
opposite wall. We will get to them

- Right now!

- Pull out your Captains Hat and slap her on. Take to each of the four
Stalchildren to recieve a colour and a number

- Now that you have all six colours in the proper order its time to get
that Heart Piece. Take out your bow and shoot the coloured masks in the
order you learned

- The fire grate will open up revealing a passage

- Go into that passage and walk up the ramp

- You will see a gilded chest with another crazy normal Skulltula hanging
over it. Kill the bug and retrieve your glorious prize from the chest

- Now turn around and walk back down the ramp to the Stalchild room.
Surprise! They're all back. If I were you I would kill them because they
are very annoying

- Once your done that should take a look around. You will see pictures
along the walls. Shoot them down

#25 - Your twentyfifth skulltula will appear behind one of these pictures
so get it

- Once you get number twentyfive jump up onto the table and face the door.
Look again at the black space in between the ceiling and wall

#26 - Another Skulltula is located there so kill and retrieve using your
Hookshot

- Take out your Goron Mask. Put it on

- Make sure you are in the middle of the table

- Curl up into a ball of death and do the powerful but truly uneffective
Goron Pound

#27 - Three skulltulas will come falling down from the chandelier. Collect
only one of them

#28 - Now collect a second one of those three

#29 - Collect the third one skulltula and second last out of all thirty

- Still as Goron link look to the far left corner from the door and you
will see two pots. Yes, punch them

#30 - Yaaaay! Your final skulltula will gracefully soar out so crush it

- Now return to the first room which is the one with the fence you had to
Hookshot over

- Hookshot over it again by looking up to find the target

- As Goron Link roll up the ramp

- There is a guy there that is so excited you found this place (Even
though there are only two buildings in a 100 miles). In exchange for this
"amazing place" he will give you a Goron's Wallet which can hold an
amazing 500 rupees so load up!
