When you enter the Hyrule town market from the drawbridge area (as Kid Link), there will be a stall with customers to the left, and 2 men talking under a tree to the right.
The bottom of your screen pivots around the town fountain.
Going clockwise, there's a door to the treasure chest minigame, and the Back Alley to the right of it, the Bombchu Bowling Alley door, the beggar under the stairs, the other exit/entrance to the Back Alley, the door to the Shooting Gallery, the road to Hyrule Castle (can see it in the distance), the door to the Happy Mask Shop, stairs to the Temple of Time, the door to the Potion Shop, and the door to the Bazaar.
If this is your first visit, talk to the girl (Malon; you'll need her help later on to wake her dad) and then sneak into Hyrule Castle.
If you are still collecting all 3 spiritual stones, head back out via the drawbridge.
If you have got all 3 spiritual stones, head for the Temple of Time.
