The north gate of clocktown. There is a great fairy there. You might need a special skiil like bombs or something to get to her.

Good on you for playing this game... It's really hard! I had to use a walkthrough.

Its in North Clock Town. You know you are there because you will see a little fairy guy floating above you in a big balloon and there will also be a little boy shooting spitballs at a purple balloon. Go up the ledge and through the entrance to the cave you will see ahead of you (it also might be to the right if you enter from a different spot). Good luck!
