How do I unlock the blue door?

Duuh. Just open it! It's not locked
Go talk to merlee (the guy in the house with the spinning roof.) and he'll introduce you to a guy that looks like a ninja. The door will then be unlocked.
You have to talk to merlee first his son then goes and unlocks the door what happened to me is when I went down into the sewer I lost to the blooper I went strait back down and defeated him the second time but when I got to the blue door it was locked what happened was when I died it didn't save the part where I talked to marlee so watch out for that.
