Alright, my brother told me about this sweet badge, he said it takes 10 BP and it lets you use star powers (like smooch,star storm,chill out) for free! Though I'm not sure if it exists or my brother is Lying, I don't know. He said you can buy it from the badge dude named Ralph (or something) for a whopping 500 coins.
