Question for Diddy Kong Racing

Hi, I have beaten this game with all 47 balloons and everything else. I am now trying to beat T.T. In the time trial mode, so I can use him in Adventure 2. There are 5 levels that I have not beaten T.T. On yet. I have been trying and trying and it's impossible. The stages are Fossil Canyon (Dino Domain), Crescent Island (Sherbet Island), Greenwood Village (Dragon Forest), Spacedust Alley, and Darkmoon Caverns (Future Funland). I have tried every character with these stages and it's no use. My worst levels is Fossil Canyon, it's impossible to beat T.T., no matter what character you are. Does anyone have any tips on how to beat these levels? I am going insane. I need help!! Especially with Fossil Canyon. The other ones, I could probably eventually beat, because I just keep making stupid mistakes on those. But I have tried to beat T.T. In Fossil Canyon without making a single mistake and trying every shortcut I know about, and I still can't beat him. Please help me before I go completely insane! Thank you so much in advance!

You remember when you faced Wizpig for the first time? You had to hit every Zipper to beat him right? Well, do that again for these tracks to beat T.T.!

It doesn't matter who you use - Banjo, Bumper or Drumstick. It's just a matter of knowing the track, taking any shortcuts to save time, making sharp turns around corners and just staying ahead of that clock-face!

If it helps, these are the times to beat:
Fossil Canyon, Dino Domain - 1:30.18
Crescent Island, Sherbet Island - 1:33.16
Greenwood Village, Dragon Forest - 1:40.61
Spacedust Alley, Future Funland - 2:06.16
Darkmoon Caverns, Future Funland - 2:12.05

Be sure to hit every zipper, try to get every banana that is not out of the way, and let go of A right before you go over a yipper to get a green boost followed by a colored smoke trail. Do not hit gas again until the colored smoke is gone, the smoke acts as a secondary small boost. Trust me, this works, don´t crash, go over all zippers and get all bananas.
