Hints and tip for Harvest Moon 64

Its accually questions ( and plz forgive my spelling.)

(1) When do I go to the Vineyard when Karen will show me around in the wine shack and she says the doors stuck and we cant get out?

(2) Where are the spirit sprites room at the one with the bed and table or something like that and its part of saving the vineyard?

(3) Does anyone know how to get all the recipes(4)OoOops guess there is no four =b!
