You can get the Death Necklace easily by going into the mountain cave and getting the treasure box at the bottom that gives you 130 GP. If you do this over and over about 15 times you will eventually get the Death Necklace which you can then sell at an item shop in Breconary.

Talk to the man behind the desk in Tantagel when you have the heal spell to restore magic and use heal until your HP is full or until MP is empty. If your MP gets empty just talk to the man again. Keep repeating this process until your HP is full.

If you explore a dungeon and collect items you will find that when you leave the dungeon and then re-enter ALL the items previously collected will appear again in their original locations.

Perform the following trick continuously to get as much money as you desire. Defeat the Golem to earn $1000 but do not enter the city he was guarding, instead return to the king and save the game. Reset the NES, reload the game, return to the Golem, and defeat it again to get another $1000.

Enter the following passwords (without the quotes) as a name to get the corresponding starting stats.
Higher Starting Stats:
Enter 'TEST' as a name.
Lower Starting Stats:
Enter 'ENIX' as a name.
