Cheat Mode

Added:

Remain idle at the 'Title' screen until Higgins is hit by the coconut. When this has happened you will be able to access the level selection screen by pressing Right, Left, Right, Left, A, B, A, B. Press 'Select' to enter Test mode, which includes a sound test and other options.
