Unlimited Money Cheat
This is a cheat that allows you to keep generating a load of cash early in the game. However as it is a trick, probably we expect it to be patched by the developers and will stop working at some point.
Anyway, for while it is still working, here's how you can get free unlimited money in at the start of Need for Speed Unbound.
1. Get a Body Kit
You can get a body kit by pressing left and X on PS5 or left and A on Xbox. Press the buttons simultaneously.
2. The effect of this is likely it will freeze your game, so make sure you have your progress saved before you attempt this cheat.
3. Next go to options and leave game and start over. Select the option to continue story and you should find that you have restarted with some more cash. You can repeat this process.
As stated earlier, probably this exploit will be patched in the future.

Best Ways to get More Money in Need for Speed Unbound by Playing the Game
Bridge Guide
This is a useful tip for players that have reached at least week 2 in the game and that have their garage at least at Super Upgrade level. Then purchase the Getaway Driver auxiliary parts for $32k and equip it to your favorite car.
The next thing to do is to build up your heat level to level 5 by the night time. When the night time comes and your heat level is 5, head to Boost's Safehouse and start a level 5 pursuit when you notice a cop car in the same area as you. Now you can head to the closeby bridge and hide under it right next to the support pillars and the cops should not be able to find you there. Turn off your engine when you are in position to speed up the time you have to wait for the cops to give up.
You should get about 2.5k for the successful completion of the evasion, but if you have the Getaway Driver auxiliary parts, you should get $5k. Good luck!
If you get the hang of it and itworks out for you, you can always repeat this many times to keep earning.
