Listed below are several Beginner Tips and Tricks which will help you in My Hero Ultra Impact.
Reach Chapter 6 on the Normal Main Quest Mode
If you do not have a UR hero it is advised that you reroll to get one as it will become your main asset along your adventure. It is recommended that you begin My Hero Ultra Impact by focussing on reaching Chapter 6 in your main quest so that you unlock the features listed below. Once you reach Chapter 6 set your UR hero on an awakened mission and complete it in order to have your UR hero awakened in the middle of the normal quest.
- Level Up Quests
Unlocked after clearing Chapter 1 Stage 13
- Unforeseen Simulation Joint
Unlocked after clearing Chapter 2 Stage 17
- V.E Tower
Unlock after clearing Chapter 5 Stage 18
- Ultra Arena
Unlock after clearing Chapter 6 Stage 18
- Event Tab

Take a look at our How to Reroll Guide to find out how you can begin the game with the best characters My Hero Ultima Impact has to offer.
Follow the Awakening Missions
Go to the Awakening Missions whenever you are unsure as to what to do and attempt to complete each of them. Doing so will point you in the right direction and also enable you to get plenty of useful rewards, these include a UR Guaranteed Ticket if you manage to finish them all. If you are a beginner you may have difficulty doing this as some of these missions are time-gated, and you will have limited Battle Power and resources.
Learn the Strength and Weaknesses of Hero Affinity
In My Hero Ultra Impact there are five affinities, and each hero may have different affinities even if they are the same characters. It is therefore important that you learn the strengths and weaknesses of each affinity in order to be able to make quick decisions during battle to defeat your enemies.
- STR (Red)
Strong against INT (green), but weak against ABL (Blue).
- INT (Green)
Strong against ABL (Blue), but weak against STR (red).
- ABL (Blue)
Strong against STR (red), but weak against INT (green).
- When DST (Purple) is facing MND(Yellow) enemies, DST hero will have higher damage.
Using Exp Boost
When you complete the main quest in My Hero Ultra Impact you will be given a small amount of Exp as a reward. Make sure you use this Exp boost on your main heroes, especially if you have any that are UR or SR Hero rarities. There area three types of Exp boost, these are small, medium, and large. You will be able to get more Exp boost if you farm it in leveling up the quest.
Buy-Out and Update the Coins Shop Regularly
It is recommended that you repeatedly update and buy everything in the Coin Shop. If you do this you will be able to get a lot of highly valuable items from it. These include HP, Speed, Ability Board resources, and Power-enhancing materials that you can use in the Advanced Level Up section of the Character Level Up page. Continue updating the list of items until the update price goes up to about 4,000 coins.
Dispatch Missions
A good way in which you can get more resources while you are away from the game and not actively playing is through Dispatch modes. You can Dispatch your collected characters on different missions which last for a certain duration of time (4-hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours). The higher the duration the more rewards you will receive, these include:
- Stamina
- Coins
- Character Levelling Up Resources
- Hero Shards
Farm Event Stages
There are only so many free Hero Gems you can get from the main quests, this means you will need to get them from another source. Keep an eye out for the Events which periodically appear as they will enable you to earn an indeterminate amount of Free Hero Gems when you farm them. Keep in mind you can also get valuable resources from Event Shops, this includes things like:
- Event-exclusive Memory Cards
- Hero Shards
- Recruit Tickets
