Does Resolve trigger at the end of each combat regardless of what floor the unit is?

Resolve triggers after the unit has had a chance to attack. So:
* It triggers from top to bottom (first floor 3, then 2, then 1).
* It triggers from front to back, but Quick units get priority.
* Dazed units don't have their Resolve effects trigger (since they didn't get a chance to attack).
