In terms of daily sticker trading limits, you can gift or initiate an exchange for up to 5 stickers and you can receive up to 50 stickers, with The Golden Blitz trades counting towards the daily total trades and not in addition to them I.e. If you've made 5 regular sticker exchanges that day, you may not then exchange a Golden Blitz sticker.

You also can't directly exchange a regular sticker for a Golden Blitz sticker in Monopoly GO. You can only exchange a regular sticker for another regular sticker, or a Golden Blitz sticker for another Golden Blitz sticker during the event.

You get 5 regular sticker trades and 5 Gold Trades that are separate from that

I have traded gold for regular stickers. You do have 5 regular and 5 golds. I believe it counts as regular when there is a regular sticker traded. Remember gold stickers are counted as double the face value of the sticker. So a 4 star counts as 8. 5star counts as 10. I was able to get both of the golds this time with regular sticker trades.
