I have successfully invited new players via Facebook friends, but the bar does not seem to go up. I wonder if it has something to do with a bug of the game?

I have sent a message to customer service about a month ago on the same question and they have never responded back to me. I did send them several more messages asking them to respond and they still have not responded back. I do feel that this is bad customer service for them.
