How do I get more shields?

Everyone only has five shields, when these run out, you just have to land on a shield on the game board to get them back. If you are rolling using a 5x multiplier you'll get all five back.
If you are using something higher such as x10, then you'll get any missing shields back, and any left over get returned to you as dice.
So if you were missing 3 shields, then you'll get 3 back and seven dice are returned.
