If you keep your money at a very high level, like 30 Billion or more, your opponent(s) cannot steal enough to keep you from doing anything in the game. A MegaHeist on you feels like a mosquito bite!
Yes the point of the game is to attack and attack back. The question was why can I not attack back someone who has attacked me? The person is not offended because they were attacked, but because they can’t hit them back. Samething has happened to me I have a revenge to hit a person that knocked the crap out me 50+ days ago and I can’t hit them back because they haven’t built any landmark.
