How to Reroll

Step 1:

Go to the 'Home' screen (lobby).

Step 2:

Tap your profile portrait in the upper-left of the screen.

Step 3:

Go to 'Settings'.

Step 4:

Tap the server button.

Step 5:

Go to the 'All' tab to check all the servers.

Step 6:

Select a new server. Upon doing so the game will start from scratch.

The progress that you had will be retained on the server you were playing on so it is possible to switch back to your old progress. If you want to switch back to your old server you simply have to open your profile icon in the top left corner and go to the 'Server' tab and select the server on which your old progress is.

When to Reroll

The time to reroll is after the second 10-draws if you are not happy with the heroes you have. You will be able to earn diamonds by completing the campaign mode chapters, Daily Quests, and achievements. Once you have 2,500 diamonds you will be able to trade them in for the 10-draw in the Wishing Shrine. 4-Star Hero - 8%

3-Star Hero - 45%

2-Star Hero - 42%

If you decide to go for the individual pull which costs 280 diamonds your chances of drawing a 4 or 5-Star hero becomes significantly less. It is therefore recommended that you save up your diamonds for the 10-draw.
