Profile: Arthur is one of the Capcom Characters, and he plays a somewhat limited role in Story Mode. Like a number of other characters, Arthur will just be along for the ride. You'll battle with him a few times, but after a few fights with him on your team, you'll quickly find he doesn't compare to most of the other fighters. He'll serve his purpose, but that's usually as the second member of your tag teams.
