You can only unlock Sigma by purchasing using real money. He's part of the 2017 Character Pass which also includes Black Panther, Venom, Winter Soldier, Monster Hunter (Female) & Black Widow. |

After you pay for the DLC characters, you have to go back to the store and download each character individually. Once you download each character you will be able to play as them |

Sigma, monster hunter , and black panther are dlc characters which means you have to download them. Although they aren't free so you have to pay for them |
