Gameplay

Lumino City is a point and click game where you move from one point to another by talking to the people you meet and then solving their problem which will be in the form of a puzzle that will most likely involve collecting items and tapping things. Unlike most games in this genre where the puzzles get progressively more difficult as you progress, in Lumino City all the puzzles are equally similar in difficulty level which is not particularly hard although you may find some of the jigsaw puzzles challenging. As you work your way through the game you also begin to realise that the point and click component itself is not only designed to bring the story along with Lumi but also to make you understand how the city works and the history behind it.

The game has been extensively optimised and overhauled for touch screen play and includes features like larger text that dynamically adapts to your preferred device, intuitive tap controls, and multi-touch. Lumino City has also been optimised for Apple TV making it possible to share screenshots and video using Apple's new ReplayKit.
