Go to the library which you will find behind you and climb halfway up the middle lade there to find a book with Morse code paper inside it. Go outside and head to the left and climb upstairs all the way up to the brown roof. Slide down the flag and jump to the right side when you are able to. Go to the right side and keep climbing until you reach the mill and a red door on the top.

Go inside that door. Click on the Morse code machine, then take the coat hanger from the top. If you now climb up the ladder and look through the telescope you will be able to see somebody holding a sign. Open the drawer on your left and take a key from inside. Read the sign on the left wall, then use the controls on the back wall. Turn the lenses until they are all directing their light horizontally. If you now use the controls on the left you will automatically bring up the Morse code guide.

To be able to change between dots and dashes you use the right handle, the left handle is to send signals. Send the Morse code for SOS, then look through the telescope to get another message. Now go back and send the Morse code for ROPE. Go outside and look through the telescope to see The Market and then your Grandad. Use your coat hanger on the rope to slide down.
