Introduction

Well, this game is definetly a very interesting game. A unique way to cast spells, and a boatload of em to boot. When I got this I couldnt put it down for a month. Its definetly a good game, and probably part of my top 10 DS games. However there are somethings about tit that definetly bring it down.

Graphics

Compared to some games the graphics are decent. Of coarse I have ot take marks of due to the fact that it's only 2-D. You can still see the diffrences between monsters, and the portraits of poeple acually look like them, but I don't think this game was ment to be geared for graphics. However the spell graphics were exceptionally good so I think this game deserves a 7.

Sound

The music in this game was rather mediocer. Nothing really wowed me. All the scary parts had scary music. All the sad parts = sad music. Pretty much a simple layout for the music. I think that if they tryed they could have made or found songs that would emphisize more poitns than others.

Gameplay

Damn! This Game is awsome. (Gamplay wise) Busting out spells a 100 a minute, and sending in the teams really got me. It was an adventure stratagy, action game. The teams were a crucial part of the game. The spells were all animated very well, and the stroy was alright. The reason for the nine and not the ten is because the story could use some work. I was bland and foreseeable. Annyone with a brain could see what was going to happan next.

Lastability

Once I beat this game I realized that I had only gotten about half of the spells. I spent another whoel week just trying to find all the spells, and trying to get everyone on my team to level 50. It was pretty awsome but after that I kind of think it gets boring. I havnt played the game for over a month now.

Overall

What can I say. This game had decent graphics, mediocer sounds, a damn good gameplay, and I think that id play it again. This game is a reflection of what "could have been". If the people would have ut a little more time into the story and the sooundtrack I would have absolutly no excuse to say this game is no good. Otherwise I would say this game is fun as hell, and you should get it if you don't already have it.
