What is the Best Way to Explore?

The location indicator above an area tells you its density. The higher the density, the more materials and resources you will find there. Unfortunately in the high density areas you will also find more zombies so until you have crafted better weapons and armour it is advised that you stay within the easy (green) level areas.

Is there an Easy Way to Scavenge?

If you activate the 'auto' button that is on the bottom left corner of the screen you will prompt your character to scavenge items in the area on their own without you needing to guide them and click the 'grab' button.

How do you Mine Limestone?

Crafting a Pickaxe will enable you to mine limestone.

What should I Take to Quarries

Take at least 3 Pickaxes with you and store them in the chest on site (don't carry them back). Travel light with only one, maybe two weapons as you will need the sapce in your Basic Backpack for the random loot like Iphones and wires that you will find there. A similar strategy should be adopted when you go to forests but take 3 Hatchets with you instead.

How do you Reach the Oak Bushes, Groves, and Woods?

It is currently impossible to access these areas as it requires the ATV and like the Chopper it has a piece missing which is not yet in the game, in this case it is the transmission. Once these areas become accessible though you will be able to upgrade your home by obtaining oak logs to craft Oak Planks.

Where do I Find Steel?

Steel is not in the game yet, but it will probably be found in random loot or in the Oak Bushes, Grove, and Woods locations when those areas eventually become accessible.
