3 LP for free everytime you go to another city

I think this is a bug since the Christmas challenge was finished.

When you go to 'another Sim city', the screen comes up that the Christmas challenge is finished thanks to you and you receive 3 LP.

I have been doing this over and over again and now I already have 91 LP!
