When your 'other Springfield' reaches level 20, Side Show Bob appears behind the town hall next to some stores, arrest him and get $50. This happens every time you go in, you don't have to wait 24hrs! You can make $1000 dollars in 5 min while your brown houses tax is genereted. It's boring but it's honest. FYI when your other Springfield updates to level 25 he's gone so make cash while you can!
