Useless corn
If you plant corn it's pretty useless since by the time the corn actually is ready to harvest xp won't really help you and you'd probably be at the max level and money wouldn't do anything. So in order to get rid of the corn sell Cletus's shack. Rebuild it and the corn will vanish.
