Question for Virtual Families

Help ! I built a family, the mum Emma and the dad Edward had triplets called Bella Stella and Ella, then I adopted a kid her name is Noella and one day Noella was nice and the next the parents were gone and her action was burying parents remains. And all the other kids have cuts on their face and say crying. I suffocated her in her room but she just came back with red lips black hair and her action said killing. Help me please!
