I have tried to make a baby, and it said congratulation you have a new baby, but there's no baby neither at my house nor at my spouse house. How?

It means that your sim is pregnant. You have to wait a couple of day and your baby will appear in the cot at your house.

Make sure you have a crib ready for it... And to get a nanny you just leave the house and a nanny will show up.
