How do I start the General Hospital Quest?
I have 2 tasks that require Springfield General Hospital but I haven't met the requirement of "Start the General Hospital Quest". I'm on Level 42 and my friend who is on Level 27 has started that quest and is able to build the hospital.

Check our Guide - there are pre-requisite quests for that so just keep doing the main story missions and you will eventually unlock it.
