After update I can't sign in to my springfield!

After update I can't sign in to my springfield!

After the latest update(from christmas theme, to regular) I couldn't log in to my springfield without makig a new password. When I did so, I only found a level 6 game. I was at level 37 before the update!!
I had an origin account, and I've logged in and out many times before, but this has never happend before..... Anyone else having this issue?

This I normal and has happened to me before. Unfortunately you will have to wait 1-24 hours for you to be sign-in-able.
